Born in east Texas, LPI has traveled all over the Piney Woods area to bring light to the unknown. The team members use a variety of tools to capture evidence; EVPs, Video recordings, also we will measure temperature and electrical fluctuations throughout the property. Whether it is a big investigation, poltergeist activity or a simple walk through, we will investigate, research, and offer possible solutions to help you take back your space!

The LPI team is consists of volunteer investigators, Including founder and creator Chad Hughes. Longtime members; Tim Smith and Dawna Flowers, Melanie Jacks. As well as our and new members heather besser Ashley Oliver LPI primarily services Angelina, Polk, Nacogdoches, Trinity, and surrounding counties of East Texas all being free of charge. Investigations that fall outside of East Texas may require fees to cover travel expenses and lodging.
